Ordering Information

We have a $20.00 order minimum.

Payment Information

We accept MasterCard, VISA  and American Express. Be confident that your credit card transaction is processed in the most secure web environment possible.

Shipping Information

U.S. orders ship within 2-5 business days, except during the holidays. Ground is the default shipping method and the rates are listed by location and order total.  Expedited shipping is also available at the flat rates below.

Please note: UPS shipping operates on a Monday to Friday business week only.

Sales Tax

Please note that sales tax is added to orders shipping to New Mexico, Massachusetts, and New York addresses.

Returns

We want you to thoroughly enjoy your Anne Taintor purchase.   If, for any reason, this is not the case, please call us within 30 days of your purchase and we will cheerfully issue you a refund (excluding shipping charges).  When you call us, we will issue a return authorization number.  Returns without out an authorization will not be processed. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping charges for items that are not damaged or defective.

Shopping for Anne Taintor Internationally

While we love the notion that our wonderful products are appreciated world wide, shipping consumer orders outside of the US has become quite costly and more challenging.   We regret that we are unable to process web orders for customers outside of the United States.

As an alternative, please contact our international distributors, who will be able to direct you to one of our many fine retailers abroad.
